No Construction Loan
Due to the unique ownership of our sites, a Construction Loan is held by the developer. All you need is pre-approval through People's State Bank. This saves you time and money, eliminating delays.
Plans that Suit You
Choose from a variety of professionally designed plans that are available for your homesite. Each allows you certain modification options and upgrades. If you choose, you may also opt for our popular Standard Options Design Package.
Finish Selections
Making finish selections for your new home has never been easier! Visit our Sales Center and you will find a selection path of Designer Options and quality finishes that will suit nearly every taste and style!
120 Day Contract-to-Close
When your selections and homeplans have been finalized, you will go to Contract. From signed Contract to Closing will be a mere 150-day "ground-up" building process! (Weather permitting.)
